Modern, minimalist, and rustic combine to make a beautiful open barn style home. I wish the builders, CGH Constructions, gave more information about the house. But from their photos it looks like it can sleep at least 14 people. Most of which fit in a large bunk style room with 4 queen size beds and another 4 twin beds lofted above the queen beds. The owners are either building an army that needs to be very comfortably housed, or have a family that really doesn’t mind sharing sleeping space. I’ve only seem this done in large vacation rentals made for family reunions and wedding venues.

Love the large living room and dining room (great room? at least that’s what they would call it in the south east US) wall that can open and move completely out of the way. And the banquet hall size picnic tables for a kitchen island and dining are great for large family gatherings.
